Can you guys give me suggestions for a good 4 day, low volume low reps split for mass? Im bulking right now and I need to put on some mass. Ive never tried low volume, usually I do 8-12 reps but I want to try something new.
Mon-delts and arms
Tues- legs
Thurs- chest
Fri OR sat (depending on how I feel)-back
Each body part is now getting 2-3 exs and 1-2 sets per ex. Intensity is as high as I can muster.
If you are a beginner you can follow similar principles but just up the volume a lill... Like 5-6 total sets per bodypart.

Just a cpl quick examples... Most people do not understand what intensity is. Beginner/intermediate trainees just can't generate the level of intensity needed to make one set truly all that's needed and that's why I recommend they perform a higher volume... Still low by most peoples standards but higher than will be needed when they have enough exp and time in.
These are my views so anyone that has any other views... Your free to have them. I just know what has worked for every single person I have trained.
