    I used to have a split back bi chest tri and legs shoulders. But now we are doing this athlon elite strength training for my basketball team and we do like mixed things three days a week. My question is since we don't really hit arms specifically should I work my arms out on like a separate day to get bigger arms or what?


  2. If your doing compound exercises, such as deadlift, bench press, pullups, dips... your arms will grow naturally on their own. You could throw in an "arm" day once a week though. It wouldn't hurt.
