Cycling hurts my crotch

Hi all,

I have been riding cycle for the past 2 months.There are 8 resistance level on the bike..I can paddle on level 7 easily for an hour but as soon as jump to highest level 8,with in five minutes i experience tiring pain below my balls.I can only adjust the height of cycle but cannot move saddle.Can anyone help me on this..Sorry for my English.

I have exactly this model but cannot adjust saddle.

You can buy bike shorts with padding in the crotch. Check REI or a Bike shop.

Make your seat more comfortable and adjust your shorts too :)

If you are spending a lot of time on the bike you should get a real spin bike. Forget the fancy electronic and get a solid machine. Put a real saddle on the bike. Wider is not always better. The wide saddles tend to chafe. Like everyone else said get some riding shorts. These make a world of difference. If the pain is a deep burning pain it is probably from nerve damage. Up your vitamin B intake. A liquid B vite is better. This will help rebuild the insulation around your nerves.
