[h=1]6 Weeks to Superhero Program[/h]on T Nation, Looks decent but I don't have access to a sled, So I am missing out on a big part of it, I feel like it's more of an ad than anything but seems like a decent routine as well. I checked out the stickies real quick but i think I am going to run this for 6 weeks while I bridge to my second PH. I am running SARMS S4, Anabeta and Erase to try and get some of the strength I lost in PCT. Any input would be great.

Day Star Complex A Star Complex B
Monday Overhead Press Squat
Tuesday Deadlift Bench Press
Thursday Squat Overhead Press
Friday Bench Press Deadlift

thats the link to the routine, could someone give me a better routine and just some help for what I should do to work on all my core lifts so when it comes time to bulk again I should have some new tools to use. Thanks.

You can push a car in place of sled pulls.

I just checked out the program, and I don't like it.

The order of exercises is ass backwards and invites poor form and potential injury. I.E.: Power snatches after 1/2 squats and front squats; hang cleans after rack pulls and deadlifts; plyometrics at the very end.

Second, there is absolutely NO upper body pulling work listed anywhere in the program, and its light on lower body posterior kinetic chain.

If you want complexes, I suggest you look at Marc McDougal's "Burn fat like you're on crack" article

Well I do 20 mins of cardio so I'm not completely cold starting with heavy weights but yeah I thought that was a little weird.

checked out that routine looks solid and I think I am going to run it!

thanks alot, just need to google to make sure I know all the exercises. I need to learn better form on my hang cleans. I have my work cut out for me.

Excellent suggestion!

BTW Zir, I completely forgot about your password reset. You should be good to go in about 5 mins bud!!

And to the OP, you can push a car to replace a sled as Zir suggested and for dragging a empty tire, rope, eye hook and a couple plates or sand bags can easily sub in for a dragging sled.

the only thing I wasn't a fan of is overhead squats, why couldn't I just do regular ones?

Over head squats require more muscle mass than regular squats. The caveat is, if you are not trained in them, do not have the flexibility or coordination, then they aren't going to work as well.

My suggestion, use OH squats as a part of your dynamic warm up in order to learn and then become more efficient at the movement until you can incorporate them into the program.
