    If your talking about pull ups, there is a pull up challenge and a chin up challenge.

  11. Here is a routine:
    20 rounds at 1 minute intervals. Be prepared to sweat!!!
    30 skips(I do boxer style skips so fast feet) with a skipping rope
    6 BW pull ups
    16 mountain climbers
    6 kettlebell or dumbbell swings
    Complete in under a minute, rest the rest of the minute and Start all over again at the next minute

    Taxing!!!
