  3. With a 45 plate on you? I did 20 my first set but that wasn't wide grip. If you post a full video with no pausing of you doing 100 BW+45 pounds and beating my time then I'll send you whatever you want by the end of the month sir. If you can do that faster then me you deserve it!Also I will attempt to do it with 50 pounds this weekend I want to increase 5 pounds a week if possible.

  5. I'm trying the Chin up and Dip one together tonight, after a bunch of chest tho, so I'm guessing the dips will take me a bit lol.

  6. i might try this before work tomorrow, probably pull ups and then finish off the workout with db rows, ill post up a time if i remember, no video though

    80 pull ups in sets of 10 in about 17 minutes. Couldn't get the hundo! I was furious! Next time I'm doing this at the beginning of back day!

    Dips are next

  11. would it be a bad idea to do

    100 pull ups
    3 sets of DB rows
    3 sets of lat pull downs
    and 7 sets of Hammer strangth rows

    for a back workout today? dont want to over train, but im working really hard on thickness and want to get those rows in there aswell

    my back thickness sucks, but i have good width, i hate it

  13. thanks for the quick response ill be hitting it in about 30-45 min, i will post my pull up time when i get back, they will be BW though b/c i suck at pull ups haha

    4 sets of 25 BW dips in 13 min. Suck! I think I'm going to start throwing this in my routine monthly so I can gauge where I'm at.

  31. Here is a routine:
    20 rounds at 1 minute intervals. Be prepared to sweat!!!
    30 skips(I do boxer style skips so fast feet) with a skipping rope
    6 BW pull ups
    16 mountain climbers
    6 kettlebell or dumbbell swings
    Complete in under a minute, rest the rest of the minute and Start all over again at the next minute

    Taxing!!!
