any body see theese in muscle and fitness used for bench board presses ,they attach via a strap so you can use theese working out via yourself id stilluse a spotter of some sort, they are listed on liftinglarge.com but are on back order fyi found on amzson for cheaper and in stock.

The ones for sale at Amazon are only standard Repboards (grey), the ones sold at liftinglarge are PRO repboards
