I need a new training routine and split. Mines getting old and gains are slowing. I workout 3 or 4 days on, one day off and would like to keep it that way.
My split is usually:
Chest/tris/abs
Back/bis
Legs/abs
Shoulders/tris
Day off
Back/bis/abs
Chest/tris
Legs/abs
Shoulders/bis
Day off
(rest days thrown in if my body feels too worked)
I know that sounds retarded. But it was working for a while. I was wondering if this split would be better of if you guys could give me a recommendation
Back/abs
Chest/shoulders
Legs/abs
Arms
Day off
Repeat.
I do a lot of volume on whatever body part I do also. Usually around 15-18 sets (5-6 excersizes for 3 sets) for back or chest and 12 sets for biceps or triceps (4 sets of 3)
Looking for strength and muscle growth. I do cardio post workout or In the mornings sometimes, as I also try to stay 'somewhat' lean.
