Experienced Lifters - rate my progress if you would be so kind

I am hoping for a little feedback on if you experienced guys think my progress is on track. I know it varies for people but I'd hate to spend a ton a of time and then down the road conclude it could have been 10x better (or 10x worse).

Not looking for a routine critique, if the majority thinks Im lagging then it will be time to analyze that.

I *think* I am making excellent progress... but what do I know!?!?

Ok... started lifting May 13th this year. So that puts me at 14 weeks to date. I was lifting for about 3 weeks before that but really wasnt doing it right and got a program/diet/etc as of May 13th.

Ill just list the big 3 since that should be telling - also I dont really 1RM so whats listed is working set and I basically do a 5x5.

Week1
Squat: 135x5
Dead: 225x5
Bench: 115x5

Week14
Squat: 255x5
Dead: 385x5
Bench: 185x5


I *think* thats pretty good but you tell me! Good? Bad? Mediocre?
