Hi. I am 17 now and have made great progress with my arms. They have gotten very big and are about eighteen inches but what I'm wondering is how to make them harder and more toned when not flexing or cold? Please help. Thanks
Lift heavy, this will make the muscles hard when not flexed.
But even the pros pump up backstage
Maybe walk around and flex when you need to "show off"?
