how should i start back in?

hey everybody! got some sad news i broke both ofmy wrists during a firefighter competition so im gonna be out of the iron game for my upper body for a few weeks. when i get back in i know im going to be weak and dont wanna rsk hurting my wrists what would yall suggest to get back into it? i was thinking maybe a traditional routine 4x10 to failure to keep the weight not too heavy but still stimulate growth?

You'll have to see how your wrists do.I'd do alot of b/b wrist curls(kiddin)Get a pair of gloves with wrist straps or just wrap em really good for safety and start light and go from there.
