So here is the new fad in my head.... Results are actually better then I usually get.... Here is all I do m/w/f... I switch the sets of the big 3 every workout... Like Monday bench is 4 sets wed is 3 sets Friday is 2 sets.... So it changes up on the big 3 with heavy, moderate, light weight...

Bench 4 set of 10,8,6,4
Squat 3 set of 10.8.6
Deads 2 set of 10,8
Pull ups 3x failure
Dips 3x failure
Pushups 3x failure
Crunches 3x30
 
If you read up on HST you will see much of this theory off full body training and not going for all out failure every day but for just one bodypart.

This is more on the stimulating the muscle versus killing it.
