Help with numbers

If you go to google and type in chris hemsworth thor workout you'll see his work out routine. I cant type the URL cause some nazi rule but anyways,
I was tyring to figure what the numbers mean.

For every day like (monday) it would have a box. Then columns labeled set 1 set 2 etc.
then for the rows it would list the workout like Squat, dead lift etc.
then for where the reps hsould be i see 3/15 under set 1 then 5/5 under set 2 5/5 under set 3.

What are these numbers? im assuming it means i can do anywhere from 3 to 15 reps for the first set then 5 for the others. Someone please clarify.
