I think I pulled my freaking lat! Hurts like hell, kind of like a deep muscle soreness from a crazy lat routine that won't go away, been there two weeks now. I can even feel it when I do my triceps and shoulders. I need advice...
I assume it's in the armpit area. I always foam roll this are before I lift and at night to loosen up the fascia. If it's that area, there are a good amount of insertions in that area that could nag without some rehab.
