It seems like every new training plan these days (with deviation in rest days) only works a muscle group once per week. I have been on a 6 day power/hypertrophy split where I have done each muscle group twice per week. (Mon-Chest/back, Tues-Legs, Wed. Shoulders/Arms, Thurs-Chest/Back, etc.) Am in danger of overtraining or is everyone else being b**tch-made? Arnold was on two-a-days, whats the deal with workouts these days?
Arnold was also in the 99.9999%-ile of genetics and on AAS. Using the elites for comparisons is always a bad idea. I think you can train each muscle 2x/week, but not to failure and with 4-6 sets per muscle per session.
