ok im starting to the gvt program after doing kind of my own thing the past couple years and im confused i read the word super set but yet then i here people just doing one set bench press rest 90 sec. then 1 set pull up rest 90 seconds so on and so forth thats not a super set isnt a super set an exercise right one after another without any rest? please someone clear up this confusion its driving me nuts.
