NEED HELP (WORKOUT)

hey guys need some help here. been bodybuilding for about 3 years and made some real good gains. around october lastyear i stopped working out due to depression and lost 20 pounds. basically lost everything i worked for and im tryin to get back on a routine. i started off with a split routine seperating the body parts and than switched it up into a full body workout. im trying to shock my body with something new and put on some serious mass. if you guys have any programs for me that would bulk me up i would really appreciate it. mainly looking for a workout to shock my muscles and force growth. thanks guyss

I never got much from 5x5.... Everyone is different maybe try a high volume low rest workout for 3 weeks then switch to a low volume more rest heavy workout for 3 weeks and keep alternating untill results diminish.

DC training is very effective for experienced lifters. 5x5 puts on quality mass and strength gains as well. good post R1
