hello,running test c right now,very high volume,for my PCT in order to keep my gains i plan i working out alittle less to not burn as many cals.will also be using ostasarm in PCT
thinking of pretty standard push/pull routine.cant decide if i should A off B off A off off,BAB ect ect or AB off AB off off
