    Phenom Power Training


    My name is Claude Bouyer im a pro powerlifter im going to be testing a product by finaflex called cell shock I will rate this product in different categories and post pics and vids of my progress offical log starts monday.

    Here are my stats and goals I set for my 4week transformation using Finaflex.
    Current
    Weight:179

    Max Benchpress: 450
    Max Deadlift: 520
    Max Squat: 420

    4 Week Goals

    Max Benchpress: 460
    Max Deadlift: 540
    Max Squat: 455

    Goal Weight: 175

    Today took Finaflex N.O Ignite and had a hardcore back workout.

    Warm up 3 sets of 10 on pull ups

    Cable Rows: 150x10,180x10,250x10

    Bent Over Rows: 135x12,185x10,225x5,315x6,365x 4,315x8

    Lat Pulldowns: 150x15,150x10,160x10

    After workout took Finaflex CellShock it taste great easy on the stomach.

    Great day today I was using my titan super ram.

    Flat Bench: 45x10,135x10,225x8,315x8,405x5 ,455x2,475x2,500x1

    Dips: 4 sets of 10

    This was the end of my workout I didn't do alot of volume today because I went so heavy on bench new vid will be up soon.

    After workout took Cellshock this was my 2nd time taking it and the taste is great it taste good whether you mix it with water or juice. So in taste I rate it a 10.

    Today was a great day I must say im loving this Cellshock its makes me feel like the most powerful being in the gym.


    Squats: 45x10,135x10,225x6,275x5,315x3 ,365x3,405x2,425x2 (new pr)

    Deadlifts: 135x8,225x6,315x3,405x1,500x0 was out of gas lol

    To everyone who follows my log I know you all are wondering how im so strong only doing 2 movements cause in most mag and books ppl always teach high volume,high reps and high sets. My way is high intensity, high weight mix with low volume and low reps. This in turn puts focus on one of the most important and overlooked aspects which is recovery!!! To grow and get stronger you have to let your body recover.

    Today was my off day just took some Cellshock for recovery its awesome after my workouts from monday and tuesday surprisingly im not bad or down beat down feeling. So as far as recovery I give this product another perfect 10. I must say so far this seems to be a great creatine product for strength athletes. So far I rated this product 2 perfect 10's for taste and recovery next week I will rate it on energy and stamina increases....p.s anyone who uses cellshock I have a recipe called the Shocking Slushy take your preferred soda or juice put it in the freezer til its slushy like not frozen!!! Then add 2 scoops of Cellshock stir well then enjoy

    Wow, this guy is 40 pounds lighter then me and twice my size haha. Very good log, I'm going to keep an eye out for the results.

    Thanks again everyone so far this was my first week on Finaflex Cellshock and in only 1 short week I have gained 3 lbs of muscle and recovery time has increased I would say about 15-20%. So far I have rated this product a 2 perfect 10's in taste and recovery. Next week I will test my endurance and energy levels to rate this product on energy and endurance stay tuned...

    Also note Cellshock is the only supplement im taking during this trial run that way I can give a accurate rating. Im not taking any protein, pre workout, test booster or anything else just eating big and taking Cellshock.
