Today was a great day I must say im loving this Cellshock its makes me feel like the most powerful being in the gym.

    Squats: 45x10,135x10,225x6,275x5,315x3 ,365x3,405x2,425x2 (new pr)

Deadlifts: 135x8,225x6,315x3,405x1,500x0 was out of gas lol

To everyone who follows my log I know you all are wondering how im so strong only doing 2 movements cause in most mag and books ppl always teach high volume, high reps and high sets. My way is high intensity, high weight mix with low volume and low reps. This in turn puts focus on one of the most important and overlooked aspects which is recovery!!! To grow and get stronger you have to let your body recover.

So as far as recovery I give this product another perfect 10. I must say so far this seems to be a great creatine product for strength athletes. So far I rated this product 2 perfect 10's for taste and recovery next week I will rate it on energy and stamina increases....p.s anyone who uses cellshock I have a recipe called the Shocking Slushy take your preferred soda or juice put it in the freezer til its slushy like not frozen!!! Then add 2 scoops of Cellshock stir well then enjoy

Thanks again everyone so far this was my first week on Finaflex Cellshock and in only 1 short week I have gained 3 lbs of muscle and recovery time has increased I would say about 15-20%. So far I have rated this product a 2 perfect 10's in taste and recovery. Next week I will test my endurance and energy levels to rate this product on energy and endurance stay tuned...

Also note Cellshock is the only supplement im taking during this trial run that way I can give a accurate rating. Im not taking any protein, pre workout, test booster or anything else just eating big and taking Cellshock.

    @ scotty lol....

    (05-24)

Today was dead tired did alot of yard work in 90* degree weather but still went to the gym and went hard because of good ole Cellshock...

    Squat: 45x10,135x10,225x6,315x3,405x1 ,135x20

    Leg Press: 500x10,700x10,800x8,1000x8

So even though I was dead tired I was still able to get to get a good workout so endurance I give it a 9 and in energy I give it a 9.5

Phenom, dude...what can I say besides to state the obvious. You are a monster at 180! You made that 225x26 look like it was your first set.

As for your training method, I really like your set up. Honestly, at first I wasnt sure what you meant by the low volume, high intensity statement, but after reading a few more posts I am very interested in what youre doing. Im in my 3rd week of my first HST attempt and am liking it but I miss being sore and getting huge pumps. I hardly get any pumps at all on HST. I also miss lifting 4-5 x week. 3 days just aint enough for me. I feel so lazy

I will definitely be following along to this log for sure, as well as giving your training regimen a go round. I will pick your brain more in future posts and/or PM's. Whatever is easier for you.

Keep it up bro! Keep killin it!

@Breeze thanks bro I appreciate it and yea my training method is real unusual its not the best set up for beginners. But if your a intermediate or advance lifter this is a great set up, cause what most ppl don't know is that I have been training for over 10 years I started when I was 16 and now im about to be 26. So I spent years building my foundation that's the reason this program works so good for me. Like you said when u first start it you do feel lazy because you sacrifice the pump and being bad sore. But in return you get better recovery, your less likely to overtrain and most importantly you get stronger faster...

Thanks for the feedback bud. However I'm far from a beginner. I have about 8-10 yrs under my belt. So I'm always open to trying something new cause I feel like I've come to a standstill lately. And Ive been noticing a lot lately, especially with the hst that I get a pump really easily but am only supposed to do 1 or 2 sets. So I feel like I'm missing out on these insane workouts.

But yea you can try it and see how it works for you and if you want I can help you customize a workout. Also try Finaflex products with your program they help alot...

Oh no bro, your cool No offense taken. I was just saying that to see if you had anything else that would better suit me. But yeah, I like your set up allows more emphasis on the main compound movements which, happen to be some of my favorite lifts. So needless to say I am excited to give your idea a try. I'll probably be PMing you in the next few weeks for some assistance in the setup. As far as Finaflex, Im coming off a failed 14 day Epi cycle in which I had neither any good nor bad effects so Im really trying to stay natty for a few weeks to see if I can clean up my diet mostly, but also allow all the supps to purge my system. But I will keep Finaflex in mind.

Breeze... I just wanted to tell you that 14 days is not long enough on EPI-V to really see any great results! Also, you appear very, very lean to begin with, if you were trying to add size, you should have went for the 1-ANDRO. Just curious, how many caps were you taking for those 14 days, I usually recommend 4 caps/day for 6wks!

Just curious, how many caps were you taking for those 14 days, I usually recommend 4 caps/day for 6wks!
My bad Scotty, I think I mislead you. My failed cycle was of CEL's Estane, not the Finaflex Epi-V. Also, if your gauging me from my avatar pic, thats a few years old and I am currently not nearly as lean. But that's mainly b/c Im only about 3 months post-op from hernia surgery. And as for only 14 days on epi, I kinda got a little spooked when I came across a thread that said some things I really didnt want to deal with in PCT, so I cut my losses and did a quick and simple PCT. Besides, IDK if any or all of my supps were expired or what, but I swear I never felt a thing, good or bad from anything I took on or off cycle this time. That's the main reason Im gonna try to go natty for a while.

But thanks for the concern. And I have been frequenting this thread a lot lately waiting for any more of The Phenom's training tips. He seems to be runing a pretty good shop over there.

No worries, sorry to hear about having to take time off from your surgery, I hope all is better now and you can get back to being ripped like you were in your Avatar. I too am way heavier now than I was in my Avatar, I could never maintain the way I looked in my Avatar pict, but it is my own damn fault that I ever let myself get above 10% for any reason! Good Luck to you Bro!

OMG. Cellshock is really amazing today was my tricep and shoulder day but instead of going to the gym I wanted to do something different so here it is

    Push Ups: 1x110 burnout set

Shrugs: ford escort with no engine don't know how much it weighed but did 5 sets of 5

This was a very unsual workout but very fun...in the strength department I rate cellshock a 9.0
