Today was a great day I must say im loving this Cellshock its makes me feel like the most powerful being in the gym.
Squats: 45x10,135x10,225x6,275x5,315x3,365x3,405x2,425x2 (new pr)
Deadlifts: 135x8,225x6,315x3,405x1,500x0 was out of gas lol
To everyone who follows my log I know you all are wondering how im so strong only doing 2 movements cause in most mag and books ppl always teach high volume,high reps and high sets. My way is high intensity, high weight mix with low volume and low reps. This in turn puts focus on one of the most important and overlooked aspects which is recovery!!! To grow and get stronger you have to let your body recover.
