usually do max-ot buy thinking of trying something new for 24 weeks to see how it goes.

The third week is annihilation week. but i was thinking wouldn't it be better to cycle the annihilation body parts.

for example having different body parts in different stages so a week may be

"week 1 style" chest, shoulders, back
"week 2 style" arms
"week 3 style" legs

that way you KILL just one or two bodyparts instead of all of them in a third set week which i think would drain your body huge...

that way you dont "annihilate" everything on the same week which could really kill your training the next week.

Im actually following a Y3T program myself and loving every minute of it! Mixing the sessions up, into different weeks keeps your body guessing and I've seen some good improvements....

I understand where your coming from with the whole week 3 perspective, Ive been just following the weeks in order, and have not had a problem with anything as of yet.
