Hi Guys
I just started an epistane cycle- 36mg per day. Just wondering if I can increase volume for the body parts I need to grow more? For example, can I do 12 sets of biceps twice a week instead of 8 sets twice a week?
My delts and traps are actually my most important muscle groups right now. Can I do shoulders 3x per week on cycle as long as there's 48horus between them? Or is this overtraining even on Epistane?
I'm 6'2'', 210lbs, taking 250g of protein daily for what it's worth. Thanks!
