2 tricep sessions ago i felt diffrent pain in my long head when doing skullcrushers. I thought it was just cause i was hittin it hard and didnt think about it anymore. Pain dissapeared so i went on and did skullcrushers again today and the pain got even worse.
Did i tear it or something? It feels sore, no more no less.
I will lay off that exercise obviously, but im in the middle of a chest season. Do i need to take it easy for a couple of weeks?
