Chest/tricep usage in different excercises

Does anyone still have the link to the page that showed the different percentages of importance each muscle has in each chest/tricep exercise? For instance, it showed that like 60% of chest/pecs, 30% tri's, and 10% of shoulders are used in bench. It showed these for a ton of different exercises and I wanted to see how much I was emphasizing each muscle in my workouts.

Im very interested i nthis also. I started a new HIT routine. And seems my Tri's are dying out by the time I get to Bench.
