obliques and lats

    obliques and lats


    I really need to tighten my side obliques and form bigger laterals. Need advice.


  2. Start doing pullups and lateral leg raises.

  3. Wide grip weighted pull-ups and heavy bent over barbell rows.

  4. Pullups
    Bent Rows
    DB Rows
    Sprints
    M.Ed. Ex Phys
