this is what im currently doing,,

day1- legs and forearms
day2-shoulders and tr
day 3-rest
day4 -back and bic
day 5-rest
day 6-chest and tri
day 7-abs calves and bic
day 8-rest

would you changes anything around???

i do 3-4 ex for main body part 8-10 reps
im in gym 1 hour max,,


im on a cycle,, should that have any effect to my routine ?
