So yesterday I went to the store to find a large digital timer for doing interval training. I wasn't able to find one that was acceptable to me. I did run into a friend of mine at the store. We started talking and my friend had the solution to my problem. She said "use your phone." I have an Iphone and wouldn't you know it there's and app for that. It's called IntervalTimer Pro. I am going to try it out today. I will keep you posted on how I like it. :yup:

I'm Android, but I'm sure Apple has an equivalent to Softrace. It uses the GPS to track an outdoor run. It gives time, avg speed, highest speed, and a map of the route. You can race another phone too. That + the MP3 player + my bluetooth headphones = not hating running in the morning.

Android has several workout log apps, some of which are actually pretty bad ass. but i feel gay for using my phone in the gym so I deleted it and just write on paper:fool2:
