Help please right bicep always feels tighter when not flexing

  1. Help please right bicep always feels tighter when not flexing

My right bicep has more peak then my left when I flex. But when I am just walking around normal my right bicep always feels tight on the inside where the tendon is and looks like it stays popped out more than the left. What should I do? Thank you

  2. are u using ur right hand for something that u arent doing with ur left? lol

its normal for arms to vary in size. measure them both and see what u come up with. my arms are equal in size, but my left peak seems larger than my right peak .

  3. I think he is saying there is something wrong, sounds like it swollen! Does is hurt? I had a problem like that with the top of my forearm at the inside joint! It was very tight, sometimes it would hurt... I massaged it for a few days and after a bit it started to go away. It seems fine now, maybe have someone rub it for a week or so.

He's the skinny guy with 18" arms
So with the inflammation in the right arm my guess would be somewhere around 26"
