SO i finally bought some straps.. lifted for a good 12 years without them... i have no problems what so ever with my grips.. i only plan to use the straps for deadlifts and for bb rows over 300... My question is how much additional weight should i be using with straps? I dont wanna hurt myself by any means and over do it! Right now i can get 405 for 10 reps, with no straps.
