i had a grade 3 AC separation in my right shoulder and somewhat of a dislocation(it tried to dislocate out the back). This happened in october, i was able to use my arm for everyday stuff within a few weeks and i got back in the gym pretty hard in mid november. all lifts are where they used to be except for flat bench press. i cant go heavy at all, max in september was 275, now its more like 190 in extreme pain, incline and decline are both fine, i'm actually stronger than before with both and they cause no pain. Anything i can do to get my bench back up?
