  1. If I've been having knee pain from squatting wrong, is it okay to squat right?

I've had some upper knee pain and stiffness from squatting wrong, would it be okay If I continue to squat probably, which I believe I have been doing for the past month. I'll upload a video for you guys to few to see if I'm going below parallel next time I squat, which isn't until next week. I was squatting with my toes curved...in the wrong direction.

  2. With proper technique your knees should be fine. If you are getting knee pain from squatting your are probably doing something wrong.
