I've had some upper knee pain and stiffness from squatting wrong, would it be okay If I continue to squat probably, which I believe I have been doing for the past month. I'll upload a video for you guys to few to see if I'm going below parallel next time I squat, which isn't until next week. I was squatting with my toes curved...in the wrong direction.
