so I'm off my aas cyce for about a month now and I decided I will try something different. I started doing no weights for about a week now.
My training every other day consist of circuit training, none circuit days I focus on legs or hitt treadmill. I also box and muay thai so it helps me a lot with cardio. I'm keeping my calorie intake between 3000-4000 because I do not want to lose any weight, but to shed a lil body fat.....
We will see how this process goes. So far I enjoy challenging my body
