Most important is diet and IMO, the best advice that anyone can give you is to learn how to make a meal plan and track calories and portions. I think the difference between endos and ectos is often just appetite. If you eat according to a meal plan designed to a calorie level to lose weight then you will lose weight. If you eat to your appetite then it is a crap shoot.\
Nutrition wise just try to stick to whole foods.
For training there is 5x5, HST, Max OT, dogcrapp, Yate's blood and guts. All good routines.
