For those of you that have tried it or heard of it, what are your opinions on P/RR/S (power, rep range, shock). Looking to use it while on a cycle of h-drol starting in december. the program says to go 9 weeks and then take a break from the gym. But the cycle and pct will last a total of 12 weeks so was wondering if i should just 4 rounds of P/RR/S and just throw in a back off week in maybe week 7 or so. I dont want to have a full week off while on cycle and want to keep the gains coming during pct so dont know how a week off would effect that or my hormones. let me know what you think, Thanks
