Hey guys i was looking for some opinions on a training routine for my dad. He was recently in a motorcycle accident that resulted in an amputation above the right knee. He enjoyed working out before all of this happened so im trying to piece together some routine or exercise selection so he can continue training. Hes 62 years old, and the only injury he suffered was to the leg.
