    Routine for 60+ leg amputee?

Hey guys i was looking for some opinions on a training routine for my dad. He was recently in a motorcycle accident that resulted in an amputation above the right knee. He enjoyed working out before all of this happened so im trying to piece together some routine or exercise selection so he can continue training. Hes 62 years old, and the only injury he suffered was to the leg.

Any thoughts or opinions would be great, thanks!

Bro thats a tough question. I suggest you take him to the local YMCA and get him a personal trainer for a month, they will set him up with a workout routine.

Lots more resistance weight as opposed to free weight. Swimming in a shallow pool would also offer great benefits
