i train one muscle a day over a 6 day routine n dis is the sets im guna do
chest 16
back 16
shoulders 12
arms 9 each
quads 12
hams 12
calves 9
one abs exercise everyday
but since im training high volume shud i stick at 1 weight for the whole exercise, or increase the weight each set and lower the reps i do.

wat does every1 fink?

wat does every1 fink?

like if i did bench press i wud start with 50kg then i wud go to 60kg, then 65kg thn back dwn to 50kg or shid i stick to 60kg and do 4 sets coz i still have 12 sets of 3 exercises to do still left and try to get 4 sets of 8-12
