What do I do?!

So, It seems that I really get tight in my tris when I workout, really fast. and normally this is awesome, and I feel huge. But almost all my definition goes away, and I can only lift at like 75%. If I workout too fast, I cant go heavy. So to do my heavy sets I have to just stop lifting and let me arms swell back down. Is there anything I can do to stop this?
