Standing calf raises.
Fly machine that you can adjust to do rear delts.
I lie down on a bench facing the bench. Arms out to the side and do the shoulder rotations. Hard to explain but just alternative to standing which I found I tended to cheat a bit with other body parts.

One of my favorite ab exercises if there is no good equipment is grab a swiss ball. Put weight plates on your feet and do crunches holding dumbells behind your head.

Calves - Plain old calf raises
Rear Delts - Either face pulls or bent over lateral raises
External rotators - Never do anything with them, although Poliquin has a lot to say in regards to rotator cuff strength.
Forearms - I think any heavy pull with fat gripz is an excellent way to increase grip strength and forearm size.
Glutes - I just do ATG squats and deadlifts and my ass is always sore
