What do you guys think about this routine change?

  1. What do you guys think about this routine change?

    It's going to be hard for me to get to the gym on mondays, because I have a college class at night and I don't drive so most of the time my grandmom has to take me places. I could swith my starting day to Tuesday, but that'll mean I have to workout on saturdays and I rather not do that because I've been spending friday nights and saurdays over my friends, because I'm trying to get out o the house and basically meet chicks lol. So, this is the routine I'm on now.
    Monday Back and Biceps
    Tuesday Chest and Triceps
    Wednesdays off
    Thursdays legs
    Friday Shoulders
    Saturday off
    Sunday off

    I was wondering if it would be okay to switch to this.
    Sunday Shoulders
    Tuesday Back and Biceps
    Wednesdays Chest and Triceps
    Thursdays off
    Friday Legs
    Saturday off

  2. It looks fine to me, arms might get a little worn out between monday and tuesday but you should be ok. Good nutrition and plenty of sleep of course to keep your recovery going well between the workouts.
