What type of shoes do you all wear?

I need some new sneaks for the gym (lifting, jogging, mostly), and was curious as to what most of you wear, like running, cross trainers, etc.

Brand isn't too important, really.

Yeah converse are the only thing I grew up wearing so its basically the only shoe I still buy but I need a good pair of chuck's just for lifting or save the money and get the vibrams

Don't squat in cross trainers and don't run in chuck tailors and you'll be set.

I use Wally-world brand Chucks on leg day and Asics (real deal,) for cardio.

For squat and deadlifting I prefer Chuck taylors or Vans, anything with a flat sole will be good. Vans and chucks are good because they wont blow out.
For everything else a good athletic shoe, like New Balance, Nikes, or UnderArmor.

UA and skater sneaks. would hate dropping a weight on my foot wearing those 5 finger shoes. i do see they are getting popular, just not for me.

Said before that i wore the k-swiss tubes, but I decided to change to the Reebok Reezigs. Like them sofar, tomorrow I squat so we'll see.

Nike Vandals when I do legs and Nike Classics for every other day.

I do cardio and most all my lifting in New Balance. When I squat or DL, its in my bare feet.
