Switch up my workout routine?

For about 3 months now my workout routine has been

Back/Bis
Chest/tris
shoulders/ traps
legs/abs

I often vary the exercises i do each week but am wondering if i should switch up the muscle groups i work out together. such as doing chest and shoulders rather than chest and tris. will this make any difference?
 
It makes no difference at all as long as you are utilizing progressive overload. 'Muscle confusion' is a myth, as is the pseudoscience that you need to change your routine every x weeks for it to keep being effective.
