I have been wanting to do change my routine to build a little more strenght I am already fairly big abotu 6'1 230+ My bench is around 315 for 6 or 7 my deadlift around 500 and I dont squat a lot but I can squat at least 250 for 20 good reps. I like the looks of the workout and am sure it would work for some one like myself but just wanted opinions I have always been found of low volume simple hard workouts. I have been thinking about eventually swithcing to more of a powerlifting mentality bodybuilding is just not me but I love to train. I figured this would be kinda a good workout to prelude a more common powerlifting routing
