Hello AM. Ok, I am off on the weekends and on Saturdays I like to get in the gym early to get some fat-burning cardio in.
I'll wake up and just have some fast digesting protein and I'll stay away from any carbs. I've read that it's best to do cardio on an, almost, empty stomach.
Saturday is also triceps/biceps day. So my question is should I get to the gym like I mentioned above for my early AM cardio, return home to eat a whole food meal and then back to the gym a little after that to do my biceps/triceps workout? The gym is only a mile away so that's not a real problem.
...or is OK to do everything since I'm already there?
