decline bench aint no mass builder . . it's for lifters with shoulder injuries . .
. . stick to bench, db press, flys, fwd dips . . . if you wanna get fancy think about pre-exhaust supersets
missing the number one exercise for chest pushups! Alligator walks, (put your feet on a towel and stagger your hands and walk doing a pushup with each step), or put a medicine ball under one hand and throw your body in the air and roll the ball under the other hand, or get 2 cinder blocks or 2 benches and do outer inner throws.
