    i really need to build up my lower chest...any exercise suggestions?

    decline bench aint no mass builder . . it's for lifters with shoulder injuries . .

    . . stick to bench, db press, flys, fwd dips . . . if you wanna get fancy think about pre-exhaust supersets

    not from my experience, not only of doing the exercise but knowing the guys who do it

    missing the number one exercise for chest pushups! Alligator walks, (put your feet on a towel and stagger your hands and walk doing a pushup with each step), or put a medicine ball under one hand and throw your body in the air and roll the ball under the other hand, or get 2 cinder blocks or 2 benches and do outer inner throws.
