in third week of H-drol, back has been stiff and sore, and got to the point to where I had to get it looked at and get some stronger pain and muscle relaxers. I decided to skip deadlifts for a few weeks and prob squats until it gets better.
Need some ideas for bulking for lower back, core, and legs to replace these so I can still train and not strain my back anymore. Thanks guys.
