sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but i am going nuts sitting and doing nothing. I had an ACL reconstruction just this past Wednesday and Ive been sitting at home since using a CPM machine/ icing/ exercises for my knee.. Today, I feel really good today, and i wanted to workout upper body... i feel so lazy and fat sitting here!!! ahh
so... should I? what are the risks?
The doctor says i can, but he said i wouldnt feel like it.. YEAH RIGHT!! he did say not to get it sweaty or wet. and the gym is super dirty.. i dont wanna get it infected. any tips?
