    Has anyone tried to comprehend the I,bodybuilder routine on t-nation.com?

    First and foremost it's a pitch for their new product "anaconda" but the routine/methodology looked refreshing until I saw the training videos lol wtf

    Anyone tried this?

    I don't fall into the hype, it's **** like that, that has turned such a simple thing as weight training into an overly complicated, over analyzed mess.
