    WTF

Has anyone tried to comprehend the I,bodybuilder routine on t-nation.com?

First and foremost it's a pitch for their new product "anaconda" but the routine/methodology looked refreshing until I saw the training videos lol wtf

    Anyone tried this?

T-nation is an infomercial. Severely biased info IMO.

Not to mention that I unsubscribed 5 times and they still send me their sh!t...

I don't fall into the hype, it's **** like that, that has turned such a simple thing as weight training into an overly complicated, over analyzed mess.
