I was once told by a Bodybuilder that he worked out in the flow of his blood. For example, shoulders first, then back, chest, triceps, last biceps. Then the next day, lower back, then legs. I tried this and felt it worked, but now Im on a split, and I dont want to lose progress by switching routines all the time. Anyone heard of this?
