So obviously we have to go the the gym to do our legs/chest/shoulders ect...
but I just put up a perfect pull up in my doorway and I've been doing back/bis at home now, it goes a little something like this.....

Wide Grip Pullups: (3x10),(1 set til failure)
Neutral grip Pullups: (3x10),(1 set til failure)
Close Grip Pullups: (3x10),(1 set til failure)
Normal Bicep Isolated Pullups: (3x10),(1 set til failure)

Normal rest times are approximately 2 minutes between sets, approximately 4 minutes between exercises making it about a 1 hour workout.

Anyone ever go here or got any feedback on this type of at home routine?

PS- I do my deadlifts on Leg day so I'm not skipping out on that critical part of the puzzle
