So im currently using the anabolic diet with carbs around 50 a day tops and takining them morning and preworkout.

I tried german volume training and liked it. it was six weeks worth the last two weeks which is now 8 weeks recovery has been bad. Those six weeks were good training though.

MY question whats next?
SHould I try ovt or DC training, and there are others I know of, please give me some recomendations.

goals get leaner and larger particularly in the back.
